The Writers Nest is the Lower level of the "Rockridge Cabin". We never rent the upper level to other guests when the Writers Nest is rented. In Spring Summer and fall I use the upper level for my office and I may Come and go for a couple of hours each day and/or evening. The Writers Nest is a 100% Separate fully equipped Residence with private entrance and its own dedicated parking. If you would prefer a completely stand alone Vacation Residence see one of our other 4 Evergreen Colorado Cabins and Cottages.
